on 5/18/2008 I think this is a horrible article providing false info.The desert hairy scorpion's venom is not ''weak''. Its venom on a scale is 2/5 which is moderate and if stung in the right spot, ER for you.
Also, ALL scorpions are sensitive to uv light not just
this one.
