Things You'll Need:
- 1 apple
- 2 cups water
- 1 6-ounce package raspberry Jell-o
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 16-ounce can crushed pineapple
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup celery
- 1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
- 1 small bag miniature marshmallows
- Pan
- Bowl
- Jell-o mold

Step 1
Chop the apples, celery and nuts into very small pieces.

Boil the water on the stove.

Dissolve the Jell-o in the boiling water.

Warm the cream cheese to room temperature.

Add the cream cheese to the jell-o and stir until dissolved.

Mash the cranberry sauce and add it to the Jell-o.

Add the pineapple, grapes, bananas, lemon juice and pineapple juice.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator. Another option is to add a tray of ice cubes to the mixture.

Let the cranberry salad set until soft.

Add the celery and nuts.

Step 11
Pour the salad into a Jell-o mold.

Step 12
Refrigerate until it is time to serve.

Step 13
Sprinkle the marshmallows over the top of the salad when you are ready to serve it.
