Stretch out the anti-theft, wheel-locking device to fit your steering wheel.

Position the device behind the steering wheel.

Place the hooks snuggly around the wheel. The device should not be able to slide up and down or side to side.

Lock the anti-theft steering wheel device with the provided key.

Verify that it is properly installed by attempting to turn the wheel. If successful, remove the anti-theft device and install it again.
