How to Pick a Maid of Honor's Gift

When you are getting married, you want to find a way to pay homage to your maid of honor. She has helped you along as you planned your wedding, and you need to thank her for all of her assistance by giving her a special gift.

  1. Step 1

    Choose a gift that is different than the other bridal party gifts. You should either add on to what you gave them or give a unique present.

  2. Step 2

    Give jewelry. A gift of jewelry to your maid of honor will be greatly appreciated. Consider an engraved locket or an initial bracelet that can be worn during the wedding.

  3. Step 3

    Purchase a photo frame or photo box. Place a photo of the 2 of you in the frame. Engrave the frame with her initials or your names.

  4. Step 4

    Put together a basket of beauty goodies. Find out what makeup colors that she uses and her favorite perfume.

  5. Step 5

    Let her spend the day at the spa. After all of the hectic wedding planning, your maid of honor deserves some pampering. Purchase a spa package that includes a facial, manicure, pedicure and massage.

  6. Step 6

    Find a painting or piece of art that she loves. If she has a love of art or needs a piece for her home, purchase it for her.

  • Remember to include a thank you card with the maid of honor's gift. Let her know what she means to you.
