How to Buy Back to School Clothes
Going back to school comes at least once a year, but preparation for going back to school occurs all year long. This is the only way to avoid being potentially hit with an enormous back to school clothing bill. If you have one child or multiple children, with a little planning and lot of creativity, you can find plenty of deals when it's time to buy back-to-school clothes.

1
Determine what your back-to-school clothes budget will be. Decide how much you will spend based on 1, 2, 3 or more children. The ages of the children will also determine how much your budget will be. A kindergartener will perhaps not need as many items as a high school sophomore. Be sure to include the cost of shoes in your budget, per child.

2
Take the current clothes that are in the children's closets and match them up with new things. In other words, match up last year's blue jeans with a new shirt or blouse, provided the jeans still fit. In many instances, you can get a complete outfit from last season's leftovers.

Take advantage of summer or off-season sales on basic staples like underwear, socks and even tennis shoes.
-
4
Shop at consignment shops first to find drastically marked-down designer clothes and gently worn items. The end of the summer season is usually the best time to try this.
-
5
Shop at online websites that sell school clothes. Find bargains at websites like kidzworld. These websites help tremendously in directing you to online stores and finding the best deals on niche shopping places that have back-to-school items.

Tips & Warnings
Carry over clothes from previous seasons, if possible. Patch up holes with embroidered or decorated patches. Wash clothes immediately after they're worn to preserve them as long as possible.
