How to Make a Camp Shower
Taking a shower when your camping can be difficult if the site does not have shower facilities. Making a quick camp shower is an easy way to take showers without having to leave the camping site. Make your own camp shower to alleviate hassle when camping.
Things You'll Need
- 8 3-way, 1/2-inch connector
- 9 1-foot pieces PVC or ABS pipe
- 5 5-foot pieces PVC or ABS pipe
- Garden hose with spray nozzle
- Bucket
- Drill
- 1 4 by 6 foot tarp
- Plastic
- Tie backs or tie downs

Connect four 3-way connectors and four 1-foot pipe pieces together to make a square.

Repeat with the remaining pieces to make the top and the base.

Insert the 5-foot pieces to create the sides of the shower. This creates the basic frame of the shower.

Wrap the tarp around the frame. Use the tie backs or tie downs to attach the tarp to the frame.

Hang a garden hose from a low limb. If you do not mind a cold shower, this is fine. If you want a warm shower, drill holes in the bottom of a bucket and place a piece of plastic cut to the size of the bucket's bottom in the bucket. Hang the bucket from a low limb. Heat the water and then pour it into the bucket. Remove the plastic in the bottom to start the shower.

Tips & Warnings
Use a spray nozzle for better water pressure.
The top and bottom pieces can be glued together. The sides should not be glued so they can be removed for portability.
