Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Check out their website at luc.edu. There you will be able to take a virtual campus tour, read up on the programs that they offer and begin to get a sense of what campus life is like. Also, check out the admissions section for information on campus tours and open houses.
Step2
Arrange your travel to Loyola University of Chicago. Loyola is serviced by two major airports, O'Hare and Midway. From each of those airports you may take the "El" train directly to campus with only one transfer. The Doubletree, Hilton Garden Inn (Evanston) and The Talbott Hotel are just a few of several hotels that offer special rates for people visiting Loyola University of Chicago. Check out luc.edu for more information.
Step3
Contact the admissions office to finalize the day on which you will be visiting campus. With such a large university, it's always a good idea to double-check that they know you're coming so you will be well taken care of when you arrive.
Step4
Take the tour and ask many questions. When you arrive, a member of the admissions staff as well as some students who are currently attending Loyola University of Chicago will give you a tour of the campus. Be sure to ask what is required in the way of being accepted. SAT I, SAT II, ACT and grade point average are all things that should be covered.
Step5
Audit a class. This will take a little extra legwork, but will be well worth it. For the true collegiate experience at Loyola University of Chicago, contact the department of the school you wish to attend. Speak with the staff about auditing a lecture class. Then arrange a date and time. This is the best way to absorb what the school and your studies will be like.

on 5/12/2008 Hang out in the theology and philosophy department. There are some top folk there - and they will give you the deepest sense of what this campus is all about - the Jesuit ideal of education: faith and life. "Men and women for others!"
