Pressure flip is where you apply pressure to certain areas of the board to make it do a flip.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Skateboard.

Step1
Okay setting up to do your pressure flip is the second hardest part.
I always put my back foot in the middle of the board (your heel should be the only part of your foot on the board, the rest needs to hang off) Your front foot should be straight against the wheel.
Step2
Okay this is the hard part. push down with your back foot (this starts the flip) Then push against the wheel this is made possible due to your weight going off the board, you need to pull up as you push down and over.
Step3
If you do it correctly you should see the board do a FS Varial Heelflip under your feet with little effort. Landing is simple, just jump up over the board. So thats how to do a pressure flip.

on 10/2/2007 It is so much easier to land this trick while moving. if you are moving while attepting the strick you can add more force to the trick and it wont look as sketchy and you will look way beter than you really are.
