How to Sing USC Trojans Fight Songs

Boasting a dizzying list of alumni who have gone on to achieve glory in the world of professional sports, the USC Trojans enjoy a rightfully deserved reputation as a top-flight sports school. Their epic tune "Fight On" joins "All Hail," the alma mater anthem, as the school's two most popular songs.

  1. Sing USC Fight Songs

    • 1

Learn the words to "Fight On," which are: "Fight on for ol' SC, our men fight on to victory. Our Alma Mater dear looks up to you. Fight on and win for ol' SC, fight on to victory--fight on!"

    • 2

Make sure you also know the words to "All Hail." The song goes: "All hail to Alma Mater, to thy glory we sing. All hail to Southern California, loud let thy praises ring. Where Western sky meets Western sea, our college stands in majesty. Sing our love to Alma Mater, hail, all hail to thee!"

Listen to the school's band perform the songs you want to learn to sing. FightMusic.com has audio clips of USC fight songs, as well as the fight songs of colleges across the nation (see Resources below). They can either be streamed online, or downloaded directly onto your computer.

    • 4

Follow along with the lyrics while you play the Trojans fight song(s) of your choice. If your computer has problems streaming audio media due to a slow Internet connection or less than optimal software, download the song onto your hard drive instead.

    • 5

Sing along with the music when you get to know how the song goes, then put the lyrics sheet aside and try to do it from memory. When you can sing through the whole song without looking at the sheet, turn off the music and sing it aloud. With a little practice, you'll soon sound like you were born a Trojan.
