How to keep track of your golf handicap online for free!

Are you a casual golfer who's interested in keeping track of your scores and calculate your handicap? There are several sites that can provide the service and most are free!

1. There are several sites that keep track of scores and handicap. The best I've found are:
   
   www.golflink.com
   golf.sports.yahoo.com
   
   Be aware that handicaps calculated at above sites are not official GHIN handicaps.
2. When keeping track of your handicap, please be aware of course rating, slope, yardage and par. These numbers can be found on the score card. These values are used to calculate your handicap.
3. If you wish to keep track of official GHIN handicap, you'll typically pay $30~$50 for the service at most golf courses.
