How to Ride the Tarantula Train in Grapevine, Texas

Purchase tickets for the Tarantula by calling (817) 410-3123 or visiting the Grapevine Vintage Railroad website. Purchase tickets in advance for guaranteed reservations.

Drive to the train depot at 709 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas. Park at the train depot.

Arrive at the train depot early. The train will not wait for late passengers. Board the train as directed.

Sit back and relax as you enjoy the hour and a half ride to the Fort Worth Stock yards. Purchase drinks and snacks from the on board concessions.

Get off of the train at the Stockyards. Get the time for the train departure from the Stockyards.

Spend time at the Stockyards. Catch an Old West show, eat at a restaurant and watch the longhorn cattle drive down Main Street.

Board the train for the return trip to the Cotton Belt Depot. Gather all of your packages and belongings before disembarking the train.
