  • Foil
  • Non-stick spray
  • Salt

      Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.

      Spread the foil over your baking sheet. This will protect the juices from cherry tomatoes from burning your pan.

      Spray the foil with non-stick spray.

      Give your tomatoes a quick wash and a pat dry to be certain they are clean before roasting. Arrange them on your baking sheet.
