Things You'll Need

  • 6 tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cracked pepper
  • Salt
  • Fresh basil
  • Baking sheet
  • Foil
  • Non-stick spray
  • Parmesan
  • Cheese grater

      Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.

      Place a piece of foil over your baking sheet, and then spray the foil with non-stick spray.

      Wash, pat, dry and quarter your tomatoes with your knife.
