Instructions

    • 1

Remove butter from fridge and allow to soften for about 30 minutes on the counter.

    • 2

Peel and chop garlic coarsely. While the food processor will take care of the rest, you don't want to overwork your butter at the expense getting the whole clove pureed.

    • 3

Pit 30 olives using an olive pitter. Discard pits. You may use a specific kind of olive or a medley of different olives. It's impossible to make a combination of olives and butter that won't taste great.

    • 4

Combine all ingredients into a small food processor and mix until smooth.

    • 5

Remove from food processor, set the olive butter in a bowl and place it in the fridge to harden. You may also use a butter mold, or other kinds of fun and festive molds to create a shape for your butter.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you are using unsalted butter, add a few pinches of salt before blending in the food processor.
