Eating healthy at Jamba Juice should be a simple task for anyone. They offer a variety of nutritious foods that not only taste good, but are good for you. At Jamba Juice, you can feel good about what you are eating without giving it much thought.

  1. Step 1

    Check the Jamba Juice website before you go. You can discover which ingredients are in each smoothie in case there are certain fruits and vegetables you cannot eat.

  2. Step 2

    Take note of the serving sizes and how the fat and calories vary per serving. The Strawberry Nirvana from the Jamba light menu has 150 calories and zero grams of fat for the 16-ounce serving, but one gram of fat and 330 calories for the 30-ounce serving.

  3. Step 3

    Compare flavors. A 16-ounce serving of the Chocolate Moo'd has 6 grams of fat and 480 calories. It is still better than a 16-ounce bowl of ice cream, but not as low in fat and calories as the 16-ounce serving of the Strawberry Whirl with zero grams of fat and only 200 calories.

  4. Step 4

    Add a boost to your smoothie. It won't change the flavor and can help add to your daily nutritional needs.

  5. Step 5

    Order a baked good if you are still hungry. Rather than reaching for a bag of potato chips or a candy bar, consider a blueberry cinnamon swirl at 320 calories and 6 grams of fat. Contrast that with a cinnamon roll from Cinnabon at 730 calories and 24 grams of fat.
