Don Pablo's is a restaurant that serves Mexican food. Many dishes include large amounts of calories and carbohydrates. There are some menu items, though, that are fairly healthy for you to eat. Choose the right items to enjoy a good meal without the guilt.

    Order the Chile Con Queso from Don Pablo's. A 3-ounce serving has 157 calories, 11.26 grams of fat and 5.09 grams of carbohydrates.

  2. Step 2

    Eat a bowl of tortilla soup. A 12-ounce serving has 258 calories, 12 grams of fat and 26 grams of carbohydrates.

  3. Step 3

    Enjoy a Spinach and Poblano Enchilada. This has 258 calories, 13 grams of fat and 30 grams of carbohydrates. If you need more spice, eat this with a serving of salsa con queso. This adds 45 calories, 3 grams of fat and 5 grams of carbohydrates. To stick to the plan of eating healthy, don't add the salsa or only use half of the serving.

  4. Step 4
