The female orgasm does not have to be elusive. Yet because each woman's body is different some become frustrated because they do not achieve orgasm the way described in popular magazines. This frustration can turn into guilt and intense concern that something is "wrong." Take heart, the journey towards orgasm is half the fun. Enjoy yourself, experiment, relax and have fun. Try the following techniques that appeal to you.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Let go of the pressure to orgasm every time you have intercourse. Relax and try to be in the moment. Often the anxiety surrounding orgasm will prevent you from experiencing it.

  2. Step 2

Find your ****oris, on your own or with a partner, the small protrusion at the base of the pubic mound preceding the urethra and vagina.

  3. Step 3

Put a little lubrication on the ****oris. Stroke the ****oris with clean hands. Use gentle but firm motions with fingers. Move your fingers in small circles, side to side and up and down. Add lubrication as needed.

  4. Step 4

Use two hands and insert the fingers of one hand into the vagina while still stimulating the ****oris. Achieve the results by inserting the penis or a dildo into the vagina while using one hand to massage the ****oris.

  5. Step 5

Receive oral sex. Your partner should experiment by licking your ****oris, labia and vagina to determine what feels best for you. A variety of tongue strokes and pressure will also help you achieve orgasm.

  6. Step 6

Do a variety of intercourse positions. A Kama Sutra manual can give you illustrations and directions for many techniques.

Tips & Warnings
  • Around 70 percent of females do not achieve orgasm through intercourse alone. Some form of ****oral stimulation is needed.
  • Do not get frustrated with your body if you do not readily orgasm. It takes practice and nothing is wrong with you if you need more time.
  • Always practice safe sex.

on 10/28/2007 Did you seriously censor "****oris"? Ok, people are reading about how to achieve an orgasm here. Can you seriously not even say the word? It's actually quite distracting.
