Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Card-stock paper
  • Scissors
  • Laminating material
  • Witch's hat or cauldron
  1. Step 1

Write out names of various Halloween characters on card-stock paper. Some examples include witch, goblin, Dracula, Frankenstein and ghost.

  2. Step 2

Add additional Halloween words to your list. Some examples include bat, cauldron, haunted house and trick-or-treaters.

  3. Step 3

Cut out your words. Make them large enough so that they don't get lost. You can laminate your words to make them durable as well.

  4. Step 4

Throw all the words into a witch's hat or a cauldron. To add a spooky twist, you can put words into different containers containing "brains", "eyeballs" and "guts." Use noodles, grapes and eggs in the bowls as the body parts. Have guests reach in to grab a word.

  5. Step 5

Divide your guest into two teams, or you can all play the game as one large group. With two teams, use a timer for each person's turn. Your team gets a point if they guess correctly within the allotted time. If you play as one group, whoever guesses the correct word gets to go next.

  6. Step 6

Pick a word out of the pile. Act out the word while your team guesses what you are doing.

Tips & Warnings
