Christmas is a great time to thank all your customers while sending wishes of goodwill. It is accepted and often expected from those with whom you do business. But since so many holiday cards are being exchanged at that time, it can be a challenge to stand out from the crowd. With a little foresight and creativity, you can make your holiday greeting memorable and rewarding.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Email your greetings. There are many free sites that offer card services that can be tailored to your business. Try sites such as bluemountain.com or 123greetings.com. Holiday greetings with music and animation are viewed repeatedly and passed around.

  2. Step 2

Order cards with your company logo. Especially stunning or funny cards will be displayed in offices and everyone who looks at the card will notice your business name as well.

  3. Step 3

Harness the creativity of your staff. Often, a person right in your office can offer suggestions that will make your corporate card stand out better than an impersonal advertising or marketing company.

  4. Step 4

Use pictures of your staff or executives in the card. Customers appreciate that kind of personalization and time devoted to making the card.

  5. Step 5

Check with local charities that you support. Many sell Christmas cards that let the recipient know about your donation. Your friends and clients will appreciate your social responsibility during the Christmas season.

  6. Step 6

Include a calendar or other small gift inside the card. It will be used and you will be remembered long after the holiday is passed. Make sure your company logo also is on the gift.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use the blind copy when sending emails to multiple recipients.
  • Plan your card by early September to get all the features you desire.
  • Mail cards early so that recipients leaving for the holidays will see them.
