Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Onions
  • Serrated knife
  • Cutting board
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Baking sheet
  • Non-stick spray
  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Spray your baking sheet with the non-stick spray.

  3. Step 3

    Peel your onions of choice. Usually 4 medium-sized onions will fit on 1 baking sheet.

  4. Step 4

    Slice your onions 1/2 inch thick into circles.

  5. Step 5

    Place your sliced onions onto your baking sheet.

  6. Step 6

    Drizzle your onions generously with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste.

  7. Step 7

    Put the baking sheet of onions in the oven and roast for 35 minutes or until the onions turn golden brown. Serve.
