Enhance Cleavage

You can enhance your cleavage without paying for expensive, dangerous surgery. Just follow these steps.

From Quick Guide: Breast Enhancement
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Work out with light weights. This doesn't seem very fun, but getting better cleavage isn't necessarily a cake walk. Exercises that will help define the area between your chest are light bench presses, butterfly curls, butterfly machine. To aid with your posture, which will lift your entire being, try shoulder shrugs, lateral shoulder raises and front shoulder raises.

  2. Step 2

Go shopping. Victoria's Secret, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstroms, Target, even Wal-Mart all have clothing departments. Look for bras that DO NOT lift and separate, but lift and squeeze. Padding in these bras will usually be found on the edges of the bra, giving your breasts a fuller shape while simultaneously pushing them closer together.

  3. Step 3

Add eye-shadow. No, not for your eyes, in between your breasts. Use an eye-shadow that is slightly darker than your skin tone. Lightly brush it into your cleavage. Movie stars do this all the time. It tricks the eye and makes the cleavage seem fuller.

  4. Step 4

Be tight. Tighter tops will enhance your cleavage if you wear them over the new lift and push bra you've purchased. Also be sure that the top has a plunging neck line.

  5. Step 5

Stuff it. You can buy pads for your bra at any lingerie shop.

  6. Step 6

If these steps fail to satisfy you, have the surgery. This is obviously the most drastic measure, but it will produce the best results. Use a board certified plastic surgeon, and get references. Once it is done, you will have your new cleavage for life.
