Tips & Warnings
Use chorizo sausage in the Queso Fundido. This spicy Mexican sausage is available in most grocery stores.
Sour cream on the side is an option.
If you don't care for very spicy dishes, substitute mild salsa for medium and regular pork sausage for the spicy variety.
Make sure you drain the sausage and ground beef well after browning. There will be too much oil in the finished product if you do not drain well.
