The quest to win the heart of a princess involves being a perfect foil for her perfection. Follow the rules to date a princess and you might just become her Prince Charming.

1. Dress well to impress your princess. She puts a lot of time and energy into looking her best and will expect you to do the same. If you have a crown or some other piece of snazzy jewelry like a Rolex, wear it. She will definitely be wearing her tiara.
2. Arrive on time for your date, since a princess does not like to be kept waiting. If you're even a second late you'll have to throw out a lot of compliments to turn her frown upside down.
3. Ride in on your white horse, or at least a nice sports car if a horse is not available. All princesses envision a knight in shining armor on his valiant steed, sweeping them away to live in a big castle. Indulge her fantasy.
4. Use good manners. Open her door, pull out her chair, do all the extra things that a princess expects from her escort. Behaving in public is important to a princess for maintaining her reputation in society.
5. Choose an expensive restaurant. A princess is used to being pampered and spoiled by her daddy and she expects nothing less from her Prince Charming.
6. Be tolerant of your princess spending a lot of time in the bathroom. She's beautiful, and beauty takes lots and lots of work.
7. Call her Princess or some other nickname often. It validates her status as the heir to the throne so that she feels good about herself.
8. Solve a problem for her. A princess expects to be rescued, whether it's helping her find that perfect gift for her puppy, or saving her from a mugger.
