1
Choose a shirt color. Pick one color for everyone at the reunion or a different color for different branches or generations of the family. White or light grey shirts are usually the least expensive and complement most designs.
-
2
Select your design for the t-shirt. If the reunion has a destination such as Texas, then incorporate the state shape or items such as cowboy and spurs into the overall design. Utilize online Clipart and artwork examples that go with your theme.
-
-
3
Add the text or words. Include basic information such as the year and family name. Including the location such as Houston, Texas or a reunion motto such as "Texas Friendly" adds personality.
-
4
Play with different layouts on the front and back of the t-shirt. The layout can be a pocket-sized logo or encompass the full t-shirt.
-
5
Consider using the design as a family reunion logo and place it on other items such as caps, aprons or cups.

Another option to look at is look at t-shirt wholesalers. They offer tons of shirts at a really good price especially in bulk. Wholesale t-shirts are the way to go because they will save you money by yo not having to pay the mark up when you go and get them printed. -
