Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Search through the ringtone library of your cell phone provider. Verizon has a large ringtone library accessible by entering your phone number. Phone companies may give discounts on ringtones to subscribers.
Step2
Check out pay sites like RingoPhone and Jamster. Although they are not free, pay sites have larger libraries and you have more of a chance of coming across your favorite blues song.
Step3
Search free sites. Some, like coolfreeringtones.com doesn't seem to have much by way of blues, with most mainstream ringtone customers edging toward rap or R&B. Still, there's a chance you'll find something you like, and these types of sites actually seem to provide free downloads.
Step4
Search by artist. The Funtonia site has a decent collection of Leadbelly ringtones. Others who pop up in several pay sites include Herbie Hancock and B. B. King.
Step5
Check forums. Public forums, whether on craigslist, myspace, or another public site, are the word-of-mouth side of the Internet. Information posted by users will be straight from another random individual who might be looking for the same thing you are, and you can be fairly sure the words posted on small chat forums aren't spammed or beholden to some commercial interest.
