If you are looking to go on vacation in a kid-free environment, choose an adult only resort. You won't have to deal with children crowding the pool or throwing tantrums during dinner. Finding an adult only resort is fairly simple.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Visit Resort Vacations To Go's website, and click on "Adults-Only Resorts" in the sidebar. The next page gives you a listing of adult only, all-inclusive resorts, as well as other adult only hotels.

  2. Step 2

Choose a vacation destination by reading through the information on each resort. The resorts are listed alphabetically by country. Click on the name of each resort to get more details, including room information, meals and other activities.

  3. Step 3

Get a free quote from your resort of choice. In the box in the upper right of the resort page, use the pull down menu to select your dates of travel. You can then click the appropriate button to get a price quote with or without airfare included.

  4. Step 4

Fill out the brief form on the following page, which includes your name and email address, to receive instant quotes on the adult only vacation of your choice.

  5. Step 5

Call (800) 998-6925 to purchase your vacation package after you have received the instant quote. This toll-free reservation line is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Central Standard Time.

  6. Step 6

Log on to Desire Resort's website if you are interested in clothing optional, couples only resorts. This website offers adult only vacations to resorts in Mexico.

  7. Step 7

Choose the Rivera Maya or Los Cabos resort and click on "Enter." On the next page, make your reservation by selecting your travel dates and length of stay.

  8. Step 8

Click "Check Availability," and proceed to the next page to book your vacation.

Tips & Warnings
  • Check with the resort itself to make sure adult only actually means 18 years old and over to them. Some resorts consider 16 and up as adults only.
