Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Facial cleanser
- Body soap and a pouf
- Facial moisturizer
- Body lotion
- Sunscreen
- Vitamins and a healthy diet
Step1
Wash your face at least once a day at night, making sure you use a cleanser that is right for your skin according to your skin type. Wash your body using a good liquid moisturizing soap using a pouf. A pouf will help you to scrub your skin and remove dead skin cells and dirt more effectively.
Step2
Moisturize your skin every day. Choose a facial moisturizer for daytime use that is right for your skin depending upon your skin type with an SPF of at least 15. Use a deep moisturizer at night with eye cream to prevent and decrease wrinkles and body lotion twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.
Step3
Watch sun exposure and use sunscreen to limit premature aging and the damaging effects the sun can cause. If a tan is what you desire, consider spray-on salon tans which are inexpensive, last at least two weeks and are better for your skin.
Step4
Eat right and take vitamins, especially vitamin A. Increase your essential fatty acid intake which helps your body to produce healthy cell membranes. When your cell membrane is healthy, it holds in moisture better which gives you healthier looking skin.
Step5
Exercise to increase your blood flow, which brings more nutrients to your skin. However, don't forget to wash your body and face afterwards to keep it healthy.
