Step1
Keep things in perspective. Many employees put unnecessary pressures upon themselves. You are not perfect and will make mistakes on the job.

Start a hobby. You can beat stress by participating in a hobby that you enjoy. Forget your work stressors and immerse yourself in the activity.
Step3
Form positive work relationships. If you have strong friendships with colleagues, you can share your burdens with them.
Step4
Focus on the positive. It is not healthy to dwell on the things that you loathe about your job; concentrate on the satisfying parts.

Practice deep breathing exercises. When you feel stressed, take time to meditate and focus on your breathing. Inhale deeply and slowly blow the air out.
Step6
Control your work pace. Planning out your workload ahead of time will help prevent stress because you will be in control of your work flow.

Incorporate fun into your workday. Take time to listen to music, wear fun socks or take a few minutes to gossip about your favorite reality show with a coworker.
