Things You'll Need:
- Hydration

-
Step 1
Anyone who is 15 or over is able to enter the race. You must check with your family physician or general practitioner prior to entering the race. There is a medical information sheet you will be required to complete as well as a "Next of Kin," form.
-
Step 2
Prepare yourself and keep well hydrated. Temperatures vary in London over the summer; the 2006 race took place on a very hot 30ยบ Celsius day. In 2007, it was balmy with rain showers. There will be water stations before you begin the race, at the 3k, 5k, 7k and 9.5k marks of the race.
-
Step 3
Plan your run; check the run route on the official run website, located in the resources section.
-
Step 4
Getting there should be relatively easy. There will be baggage bays in which to store your belongings at Waterloo Palace. You will be assigned two race number tags; the larger of the two is to be pinned to the top you will be wearing and the smaller pinned to your bags.
