Founded in 1921, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation is the formal name for Cleveland Clinic, one of the world's largest private hospitals. The hospital has a staff of approximately 1,700 physicians who see about three million patients annually. In a 2006 national ranking of hospitals by U.S. News and World Report, Cleveland Clinic was named number three in the nation, with the top-rated heart program in the U.S. for the 12th consecutive year.

Donate Online, By Mail, or Phone to Cleveland Clinic Foundation

Visit the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's "Make a Donation Online" web page to donate to Cleveland Clinics (see Resources below). Enter your information and confirm if you wish to make your gift in honor or in memoriam of another individual.

Call the Office of Institutional Development at (216) 444-1245 or (800) 223-2273, ext. 41245, if you wish to make your gift by phone or by mail.

Expand Your Participation as a Regular Donor And/Or Volunteer

Keep a file of your donations, canceled checks or credit card receipts, and correspondence with Cleveland Clinics, both for tax purposes and to serve as a prompt for future donations.

Volunteer with Cleveland Clinics by entering your information on the "Cleveland Clinic Ambassadors--Please Join Us" web page (see Resources below). Volunteers serve by greeting patients, staffing the information desks, visiting pediatric patients and delivering mail to patients, among other duties.
