1. Place the Norton Anti Virus disc in your optical drive (CD or DVD should work depending on the version of Norton Anti Virus you buy).

2. Wait for the autorun feature to load the splash (startup) screen. If you have autorun disabled then click through the Start menu to the "My Computer" button, right-click on the optical drive containing the Norton disc, then click "Explore." From here simply double click the "Setup" executable file.
