on 12/21/2007 Please, PLEASE Don't use store bought taco shells! I BEG YOU! THESE ARE NOT HOW TACOS SHOULD TASTE! Always buy a bag of fresh corn tortillas and fry them yourself, or be truly authentic and just heat them until soft and fill with your taco meat.
Reasons to use real tortillas:
a. they are cheaper
b. they are healthier
c. they taste better
d. they are authentic
There's NO excuse for eating that ortega cardboard crap!

on 11/22/2005 I use a zipper seal bag with the corner cut out to dispense sour cream for hard shell tacos. It is much easier than spooning it in the narrow opening.
