Decide when you want go. One thing to remember about renting a holiday home is the price can vary dramatically depending on what time of year you go. For instance, one apartment can cost 290 Euros a week in April, May and October and 560 Euros a week in July and August.

Find out what the price includes. Some charge extra for electricity and while most will have a pay phone some will have a normal telephone line.
