Instructions

1. Log on to Nebraska's official governmental website at Nebraska.gov.

2. Click on "Motor Vehicles," "Vehicle Plates and Permits" and "Specialty Plates."

3. Read over the descriptions of the personalized plates offered by the state of Nebraska. Note rules for display and eligibility requirements, if applicable.

4. Choose a personalized license plate.
