Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Avon Representative
- Venue
- Refreshments
Step1
Contact your local Avon representative, if you don't already have one, you can get a list of reps in your area by visiting the Avon website and doing a search by your zip code.
Step2
Compile a list of friends and acquaintances to invite to the party using the 20 percent rule. Twenty percent of the people you invite will show up, so over invite to compensate and expect a good turnout.
Step3
Meet with the Avon representative to map out a plan for the party. Decide which of you will send out invites and follow up with people for RSVP's. The representative will also talk with you about what they offer for their host discount and any ideas for a possible theme.
Step4
Send out invites two weeks before the party to give people time to look at their calendars.
Step5
Call those on your invite list that haven't yet sent you an RSVP, to see if they are coming. Do this three days before the party
Step6
Consult with the Avon representative that is doing your party to give them the approximate count of people and see if there is anything left that you need to do.
