Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese (500 grams)
  • Glass or plastic square deep dish
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar of Salsa
  • 1 jar of sour cream
  • Tortilla chips
Step1
Smother the base of a glass dish with cream cheese. Spread the cheese until it covers the entire base of the dish.
Step2
Add you sour cream and place it on top of the cream cheese. Cover all of the cream cheese. You also can mix up these two ingredients to make the base.
Step3
Shred some cheddar and mozzarella. Cover the sour cream and cream cheese mix. This mix composes the first two layers of your dip.
Step4
Cover your mix with salsa for a third layer.
Step5
Chop your peppers and cover the salsa layer. These peppers give the dish more color. You can add more yellow or red peppers if you like.
Step6
Shred more cheddar and mozzarella over the entire top of the dish. You're ready to serve the dip with tortilla chips or quesadillas.
