Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Sunscreen
  • Towel
  1. Step 1

Know before you go to the beach if it is a nude beach, this will save you from any unwelcome shock upon arrival. Bring everything you will need to the beach since many nudist beaches do not have services.

  2. Step 2

Set up your beach accoutrements in a location that is not too near other bathers, but it is not necessary to seclude yourself. Apply sunscreen

  3. Step 3

Maintain eye contact with fellow bathers. Gawking at their nudity or avoiding them all together is rude. Treat other bathers the way you would like to be treated.

  4. Step 4

Swim, lounge, stroll, read, talk—do anything permitted at the beach.

  5. Step 5

Reapply sunscreen often; be sure to apply everywhere including back, buttocks and chest.

  6. Step 6

    Dress before leaving the beach.
