How to Add Frames to a Photos in Triscape FX Foto

One of the joys of displaying your pictures, either computer made or photos, is to wrap them in attractive frames for others to view. Triscape FXFoto is a program that you can use to add a frame to your pictures.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer loaded with the Tricape FX Foto program
  • Picture that is loaded onto the computer
  1. Step 1

    Open Triscape FX Foto on the desktop.

  2. Step 2

    Choose File and Open or Add Image to select the picture to frame. When Open or Add Image is selected a Windows Explorer window will open. Navigate to the file that is to be framed and select. Once the file is selected click the Open button.

  3. Step 3

    Click the Frame button located just below and to the right of the Help menu.

  4. Step 4

    Look below the Frame button, a blue box will appear with selections of types of frames that can be chosen for the picture. Scroll down the list and choose the type of frame desired. To the right the options that you can choose for that frame will be highlighted in Black, such as color of the frame. Clicking the button will allow you to change the color. Once the color has been chosen click the Apply button.

  5. Step 5

    Review the picture displayed to make sure that the frame is exactly the way you want it to appear. If not, continue with step 6. If this is exactly the way you want the picture frame to look then continue with step 7.

  6. Step 6

    Repeat steps 4 through 5 until the desired look has been obtained.

  7. Step 7

    Save your framed picture by choosing File>Save Image As. Click the Target Given Path Name button and then select the Browse button. Navigate to the location to store the file on the computer. Make sure you write down the location it has been saved to so that you may find it again later when you need it. Click the Finish button.

Tips & Warnings
  • Experiment with the various buttons and frame styles. You will gain more confidence with and knowledge of ways to frame your pictures.
