Weight gain, fatigue, acne, rashes or dull and flaky skin, cellulite (even during weight loss) and yeast or urinary tract infections can be indications that you need to do a Lymph Stimulating Cleanse, especially if you have two or more of these symptoms. Here are a few natural ways to stimulate and cleanse your lymph system.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Juice half of a lemon into 8 ounces of hot water and drink with breakfast. Lemon juice helps stimulate intestinal muscle contractions that aid in cleansing toxins from the liver and lymph system.
Step2
Sip "cran-water" throughout the day. Mix 8 ounces of unsweetened organic cranberry juice with 56 ounces of water. The anthocyanins in cranberry juice assist in releasing trapped fat so it can be cleansed from the liver and lymph system.
Step3
Mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 8 ounces of cran-water and drink it first thing in the morning and again before bed. This is a fat-cleansing cocktail. Lignans, antioxidants found in flaxseed and flaxseed oil, nourish the liver and the lymph system so they can metabolize fat-soluble toxins and excess body fat.
Step4
Eat three meals a day that include a total of eight ounces of lean meat, two eggs and at least three cups of vegetables.

on 5/6/2008 I'm starting on the Lymph Stimulating Cleanse today - however I'm still unsure on some basics: Can you have other beverages during this period, water, coffee, tea? Are the 8 oz. of cran water in the morning and before bed part of the 56 oz. or in addition to? I'm hoping for clairification on this!
