If you are hosting a Tupperware party, utilizing free Ecards is an easy way to make the whole process run smoothly. Ecards are becoming more and more popular and have replaced other means of communication due to their simplicity of use. You can make and send an Ecard in a matter of minutes. Read on to find out how.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Figure out the purpose of the Ecards. Are you going to use them as invitations? Are you going to use the Ecard as a thank you note? You can use Ecards for the same purposes that you'd use a regular letter. The difference is that all communication is online, and it's free.

  2. Step 2

Pick a free Ecard website to use. If you are going to use the Ecards as invitations to your Tupperware party, use Evite.com. For any other purpose, the best site for free ecards is Bluemountain.com. Both sites offer free services that can save you both money and time.

  3. Step 3

Make a list of the recipients' names and email addresses. To send an Ecard, you'll need at least an email address. Adding in the full name makes it much more personal. Make sure that you use an email address that is checked regularly by the recipient.

  4. Step 4

Write the note you will use in your Ecard. Most of the time, the note can be copied and used for all your recipients. You should only have to change the name and the email address for each one. If you chose to, you can customize each Ecard. Include in the invitation, the date, time and location of your Tupperware party. Also include a contact email address and phone number for the invitees to reach you.

  5. Step 5

Send the Ecards. You should get a confirmation that all your Ecards are sent when you use either Evite.com or Bluemountain.com.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be sure to save the list of email addresses for the recipients as they will be useful in the future for other Tupperware parties.
