3. Submit your resume to the Engcen.com database. Many top employers search the database to find candidates for their engineering openings. Click on "Submit Resume" in the sidebar.
4. Choose "Click here to open a new account" to get started. Enter your name, email address and create a password on the next page. Then follow the simple directions for submitting your resume.
