How to Stop Dieting, Forever!

Tired of the Yo-Yo life of dieting? Tired of Monday morning diets that end Tuesday? Let me set you free from the cycle of dieting with an explaination of why you are overweight. Arm yourself with knowledge that will end the war once and for all time!

  1. Step 1

    Every Sunday evening you go to sleep determined to start your diet first thing Monday! You may go so far as to pack a healthy lunch of salad and carrot sticks with a package of diet cookies. By 10 am you are hungry, irritable and the packed lunch has already been eaten. What is wrong with me? Why am I so weak? Why do I spend my life in this constant battle of the bulge?
    Does this sound familiar? I've been there! I've spent 20 years studying nutrition, chemistry and the science of dieting only to discover that in order to lose weight I must stop dieting!
    First step: Throw out any food product that has the words DIET, LOW FAT, LOW CARBOHYDRATE on it. Make yourself a vow never to eat another diet product again for the rest of your life. Diet products are designed to trick the senses. Manufacturers in the food industry don't want you to lose weight! If you lose weight you don't buy their products. They want you to buy more products! So they use chemicals to alter the way a product feels in your mouth. They call it "mouth texture". It is a great label for eating pure chemicals. Then they add chemicals that actually makes you crave their food! You can't stop eating because you are slowly being drugged. The FDA doesn't even require the manufacturers to list these ingredients on the label! If you read the label you will see that the product contains very little real food. In fact if you were smart you'd eat the box and get a good dose of fiber! I don't recommend eating the box, but I do recommend closing the door on the diet industry.
    Remember this ALWAYS: If they took something out to make a product less "fatting", they put empty, addictive chemicals in its place!
    Take back your sense of taste and eat real foods! Foods God designed for the health of your body. If God didn't make it, don't eat it!

  2. Step 2

    All the chemicals that you consume have to go through the liver to be processed. Our livers never get a break and are full of the toxic chemicals we eat everyday in place of real food. If your liver is full of toxins your body will ache when you get out of bed. Most people blame this achy feeling on "old age" or arthritis, but the truth is their liver needs to be cleansed. There are many products are the market to cleanse the liver, but the easiest and safest way is to drink distilled water. Drink as much as you can comfortably drink. Many people will give you a magic formula such as, drink half your weight in ounces, or drink 8 glasses a day. What you are trying to do is listen to your body, so if you feel like you are sloshing, stop drinking. Sip your water throughout the day, and always carry water with you. You will be surprised at how easy it is to get enough water to wash out the toxins in your body by just sipping all day long. If you have bladder issues at night, then stop drinking by 6pm.
    Once your body starts cleansing itself your cravings for processed foods will lessen. Your eyes and skin will become clear and your breath will smell better. Then begin to explore the real foods that are available around you. Find a local farmer's market to buy your vegetables and fruits. Only shop the outer walls of the supermarket; produce, meats, bakery and dairy. Let your senses relearn what food actually tastes like! Make it a rule to sit down at the dining room table and eat your meals. Never Never Never eat on the run! Your body doesn't know it has eaten and you just keep looking for more. To really satisfy all the senses make your meals special! Don't save the good china for guests! Use it! Assault your senses, sight! smell! taste! hearing! It doesn't take a minute longer to set a nice plate on the table than it does to sit in front of the TV gulping down your meal. Always listen to your body! If you are craving sweets, then have one. Eat one scoop of ice cream, but make it special. Sit at the table, put it in a bowl and savor it like you've never eaten ice cream before. You'll get up after eating one scoop and forget there is a whole gallon left. If you ignore cravings they become monsters that will attack at 10pm. Make it a habit to eat a very small bite of dessert after your main meal. One bite of anything sweet after a meal will chemically seal your appetite. Your body and mind are satisfied!

  3. Step 3

    Exercise is a dirty little word to some people!! How can you lose weight if you don't move? You can't! Bottom line, and there is no getting around it. DO IT! You only have to move three times a week and only for 20 minutes at a time to make an huge difference in your body and spirit. The problem people have with exercise is they think they have to kill theirselves or they aren't accomplishing anything. Twenty minutes raises your heart rate, which increases your matabalism, which burns fat and excretes toxins! Twenty minutes, no gym, no expense, just move! Twenty minutes of walking, three times a week will change your whole life. Isn't your life worth it? Move out from in front of the TV three times a week for only 20 minutes. For most people that is only a walk around the block.
    Dieting is for people who want to die! People who want to live take care of theirself with healthy whole food and a little bit of exercise. I see people all the time whose whole demeanor says, "NEGLECT!" "I'm NOT worth taking care of!" You are worth it! You may be the one person that can save the whole world, but can't get off the couch to do it. Stop the cycle, NOW! Stop Dieting and Start living! Three meals a day, two snacks a day with a little exercise thrown in will transform who you are.
    The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. If I just try harder it will work this time...sound familiar? How's that working for you? How long have you fought the demon of Monday Morning Dieting? Stop the insanity and try something new! Stop dieting and reclaim your life, and your sanity!

  • Portion is a key factor in good health.
  • Keep your colon clean by drinking fruit juices, not taking pills.
  • Take a baby asprin for toxic withdrawl from diet food addictions
  • Always consult a doctor for a yearly check up!
