Things You'll Need

  • 1-2 Cups of water
  • 1 Tablespoon Alfalfa Leaf
  • 1 Tablespoon Chamomile Tea
  • 1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Real Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tea Kettle
  • 1 Teapot
  • 1 or more Teacups
  • 1 Tea Strainer

Instructions

    • 1

      Bring water to a boil in tea kettle.

    • 2

      Blend alfalfa, chamomile & cayenne pepper(powder)together in small bowl with spoon. Pour blended teas into teapot. Remove kettle with boiling water from heat & pour water into teapot. Cover teapot & allow tea to steep for 5-10 minutes.

      Strain tea with strainer while pouring tea into teacup. Real brown sugar can be added to tea for taste.
