Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Watch Formula One in the UK on ITV. Big name commentators host F1 races and conduct pre and post-race analysis. Further information can be found on ITV ceefax and the ITV F1 website (see Resources below).
Step2
Read the UK’s newspapers as they often carry F1 stories and results. The Times and the Sunday Times offer readers well resourced information and features on new drivers and manufacturers.
Step3
Read specialist F1 magazines, including perhaps most notably, F1 Racing. F1 Racing provides readers with up to date coverage of F1 around the world and interviews with some of the most famous men in motor racing.
Step4
Check online magazines and websites for potentially the most up to date information regarding F1. The official website of the sport (see Resources below) is constantly updated by a team of motor racing experts.
Step5
Watch the well known BBC motor programme Top Gear featuring news on F1, although the show does not specialise in F1 and is dedicated to cars, more generally. Something of an English establishment for motor enthusiasts, Top Gear is essential viewing for anyone looking for news on F1, motor racing, cars or even shooting holes in car doors with machine guns!
