- Cracker
- Melted Butter

Step 1
Twist off the claws where they join the body. Break off the small pincers and discard.

Crack each claw with a nutcracker. Many people consider this the choicest meat. Dip it in butter or give a squirt of lemon and enjoy your first taste!

Dig out meat with a small fork, use your fingers or get some help from the nutcracker to get every little bit.

Twist off the tail from the body. Break off the tail flippers and discard.

Step 5
To remove the meat from the tail, insert a fork and push the tail meat out in one piece.

Step 6
Open the body by cracking it apart sideways. Using the small fork remove the meat in the four joints where the small walking legs are attached. Or if you prefer to leave the body alone, that ís just fine.

Step 7
Remove the small claws and suck out the delicious meat inside!
