How to look and Be Big (Buff/Intimidating)

Theres nothing like seeing a powerful guy walking around school or around town, they are people to look up to and be grateful for, becuase without big people, the skinnies will keep get punked around...just kidding :) Follow these steps and become the big man around town...

      Your not going to get big by sitting around and eating chips all day, you need to get out there and sign up at the local gym or buy some weights and use them at home. I would suggest investing in a home gym ie. Bowflex, they work but are a little pricy.

      Nothing says big like a big chest and arms, work on your Chest, biceps, triceps and traps, the best way to bet bigger arms is to work on your triceps, do bench dips for triceps, for workouts for all body parts look for the links i provide later on.

      Eat meat! After you work out, eat lean meats that contain lots of protein like chicken breast, steak and fish. This will get you really big because you muscles need this nutrient to grow.

      Rest, after you work out you need to sleep, this is when your muscles actually do the growing, get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.
      If your working out, don't work on a certain muscle group ie. chest, for more than 30-45 minutes, this is overworking your body and you need at least a week to recover and get back to your normal routine speaking of workout routines...(next step)

      Your not going to get better if you keep on doing the same weight, once you see than you can do a certain weight, move on and lift heavier, its the only way your going to get stronger.

      Work on your forearms, its a really neglected part of the body, a sculpted forearm looks very good with a moderate tan.

      Run run run! Its good for you health and make sure you stay hydrated when running for a long period of time.

      Your not going to see results overnight, it takes months and years to see big results, just be patient and stay motivated, i guarantee you will see results if you stick to you personal workout plan.

      Enough of the workout part...you want to wear clothes that fit you properly , tight shirts or tight anything you wear can bring out the parts of your body you want no one to see, ie. your love handles. Big baggy clothes make you look 4 times bigger than you already are, and thats not a good thing.

      When/if your wearing a jacket or a long sleeved piece of clothing, roll up the sleeve to where your arm ends, the curls and wrinkles that will form on the bicep part of your arm will make it look ALOT bigger and sculpted, plus you wont look stupid with your sleeves rolled up, trust me.

  • Stay motivated

  • Being sore is GOOD! It means your getting stronger! Be as sore as possible! But again, dont overwork yourself

  • Dont try to lift heavy for the first time, you can really hurt yourself, start at a moderate weight and gradually raise the weight when you feel its right.
