Things You'll Need

  • Baseball
  • A catcher
  • Catcher's gear
  • Grip the ball like a four-seamer.

  • Move your fingers together so they are touching.

  • Move your fingers slightly down and tilt them a little bit to the right.

  • When you throw it, throw it three-fourths of the way and snap your wrist very intensly. It should look like any other pitch but dive away from a righty.
