Grip the ball like a four-seamer.
Move your fingers together so they are touching.
Move your fingers slightly down and tilt them a little bit to the right.
When you throw it, throw it three-fourths of the way and snap your wrist very intensly. It should look like any other pitch but dive away from a righty.
Tips & Warnings
- Not all people have the natural arm movement needed to throw this pitch and may find it difficult.
- Under 15 should not throw this pitch.
