How to Report Abuse on eBay
Ebay, as with any popular online destination, has its share of scammers, flamers and other nuisance users. However, with auction and other pay sites, users might have a deeper impact on your life than just annoying you with spam. Account-stealing and other financial and personal situations might arise if someone tries or successfully hacks into your eBay account. Here is how to report abuse on eBay for these and other situations.

Run your favourite web browser and navigate to eBay.

Sign in with your account and hover your cursor over the "Help" menu at the top of the page, right-hand side.

Click on the "Contact Us" link under the "Help" menu.

Select the category that pertains to your problem ("Account Security," "Listing Violations," or any of the other options). Select "Continue" after you have selected the correct category.

Scroll through the list of subtopics until you find the one most appropriate for your issue.

Select the "Contact Us" link located underneath the help articles if an acceptable answer is not listed for your abuse type.

Fill out the form as completely and correctly as you can, taking note of the subject and the specific type of abuse you are reporting. Click "Send."

Tips & Warnings
Have your information in clear and concise format and somewhere easily accessible before filling out an abuse form on eBay.
Make sure your question pertains to eBay and not PayPal. They are two separate customer support centers.
