It seems like just yesterday you were living the good life. Sleeping through class, then cramming for a test. Doing a keg-stand then sleeping through class some more. But lo and behold, it has been a long time since your days on a college campus. So much so, your reunion is approaching. Here's some help on how to send a college reunion free ecard to get the gang back together!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Pick the spot! Before you can worry about invites, you have to lock down the date, time and an absolutely killer location. Make sure to plan the party in a place that has enough room for all of your guests, a couple of good-sized bars, adequate bathrooms and a great area for dancing!

  2. Step 2

Locate email addresses. Make a list of all the invites for the college reunion. Then check in your email address book to see if you have everyone's email address. If not, spread the word among your friends of who you're trying to get in contact with. While it may seem a bit tedious, after a while, someone will know someone who knows someone, and suddenly you'll have a majority of the information! (Don't stress, you'll never locate everybody.) Also, contact the school. If people have been keeping in contact with the boosters or donating money, the school may have an updated address as well.

  3. Step 3

Go to an ecard site. Bluemountain.com, ecards100.com and ecardsaddict, are all fantastic sites that will allow you to create your own free ecard. You may have to sign up for an account, but it's worth the time, as in the future, the addresses to your friends will already be on file! Make sure the date, time and location are correct. Make sure to use a RSVP feature. This is always a good idea so that you can get an accurate head count when planning. Follow the instructions as each site is a bit different. When you are satisfied with your free college reunion ecard, hit send!

  4. Step 4

Stay active about the invites! A week or so before the college reunion, send a reminder to friends. This is a good way to lock down the head count before the big day! Congratulations, you have learned how to use a free ecard online!

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't do everything yourself. Planning a college reunion is a big task. It's okay to delegate. In fact, if you are in charge of the free ecard, that is enough, let someone else pick the location.
  • Include local lodging information. Since many people will be coming in from out of town, it's a good idea to provide them with the names of local hotels. Things may have changed a bit since you left, so it may not be the same chains!
