Make a guest list for your debutante ball. Write down all the names of people you wish to attend.

Decide what format of ecard you want to send. Remember, free ecards come in both animated and non-animated format.

Choose the ecard best suited to announce your debutante ball.

Fill in the information for your free ecard invitation. Don't forget any of the details such as date, time, place, and your contact email address and phone number.

Send the free ecard to everyone at once. This can done by importing your guest list from your email address book and adding them into the space provided on the ecard website or by entering the email addresses separately.

Check your email frequently for acceptances and regrets. Keep a list of those who will be attending so you know how many people to expect.

Click on the email to open it. If nothing was entered by the sender in the subject line, look for a default message indicating that the email is an ecard invitation.

Click on the link provided to open your free ecard.

Reply to the invitation, letting the sender know whether or not you will be able to attend.
